My name is Sue Woodard and I have been baking professionally for many years.  When I first started, my business was small, and I tried several low cost mixers to save money.  It didn’t save me money.  In fact, it ended up costing me more because they couldn’t handle the load and burned up.  When I tried the KitchenAid mixer, it was like a dream come true!

There are several varieties of KitchenAid mixers, and other top-of-the-line brands on the market.  I’m hoping through my blog to explain the differences and to help you to find the mixer that will best suit your needs.

I also hope to help you with your baking and cooking whether you plan to be a professional baker/chef or just want to create for your family.  I will be including cooking/baking tips to help you get good results, reviews of products that may be helpful for you, and recipes that have helped me to create a business that keeps people coming back for more.
